Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: Credit Cards are accepted in the shop. If you cannot pay via credit card email email@example.com and we can try to make other arrangements.
Q: I saw something in your gallery but it's not currently available in your shop. Will you make more?
A: If you see something in my gallery or someplace like Instagram or Pinterest and are hoping to buy something like it, that might be a possibility...It depends what it is.
All my jointed mohair animals are one of a kind (or very rarely an edition of two). I never try to re-make one of these toys. That wouldn't be fair to the person who bought that one-of-a-kind toy and also, it's not fun for me to try to re-make something I've made in the past. In addition, there arepatterns I'm just not using anymore...my work is always changing and growing. If you would like to be notified when I'm adding more jointed mohair animals to the shop email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Following me on Instagram is also a good way to keep informed about what I'm up to.
I'll try to keep the store stocked with an assortment of soft toys but if you don't see what your looking for please email me and I'll keep your request in mind when I'm making toys to add to the shop. Sometimes there may be fabrics that are unavailable or I may be working on other projects but I'll do my best!
Q: Do you do custom work?
A: I currently have a wait list for Troll Dolls. If you'd like more information about getting on that list see the Troll tab on the website.
I'm not currently taking custom orders for anything else.
Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Rarely, but sometimes if a really special brick and mortar shop is interested in selling my toys, I have done wholesale orders. Feel free to email me at email@example.com for wholesale questions.
